Better told, it is unification of dates to central place and accessing to all concern. This company belongs to the group WALTER MASCHINENBAU GmbH. The bussines comunity deals with developments, production and selling of CNC (by computer numeric controlled) machines for production, fine grinding and measuring tools.

This thesis deals with the optimization of purchasing management in the enterprise. This is the proposal for creating a single purchasing department in the corporate structure, its organization and functioning. Gradually theoretically describes the purchase as a logistics point of view, so his actual trial and attempts to implement this knowledge in business practice and makes the whole purchasing process more efficient.

This master thesis entitled “The study of Logistics procurement with a view to Purchase” is aimed at reducing costs in relation to obtaining, storing and maintaining material resources. The first part of this thesis introduces the company's production program and material standards. After which the relating processes are analyzed and by using theoretical approaches, measures to ensure savings are then proposed. The final part offers a summary of the benefits of the proposed solutions.

The bachelor thesis deals with the management and optimization of dairy inventory. The main objective was to find the problem and propose measures to solve the problem by analyzing the current inventory management. The thesis consists of a literature and an analytical part. In the literature part, the basic concepts related to inventory, inventory management and optimization are defined on the basis of the literature. In the analytical part an ABC analysis is performed. The other parts of the thesis are focused on inventory in category A. The weekly consumption analysis was performed and the optimal safety stock was calculated. Furthermore, the amount of stock on hand in each week has been estimated to reduce the additional cost of unsold goods. At the end of the work, the Veritico Stock software was introduced as one of the recommended stock-markets.

Optimization of inventory management system for selected company

The thesis deals with the problem of inventory management in a selected company operating in the automotive industry in České Budějovice. The aim of the thesis is to reveal the weak points in the area of inventory management and to propose measures leading to the improvement of the current state of inventory management. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and approaches to inventory management, storage and handling. The practical part presents the current inventory storage system as well as inventory management in terms of material and information flow. At the end of the practical part, measures leading to the optimisation of the discovered and observed weaknesses are proposed, and these measures lead to a reduction of the financial capital tied up in inventories.

Situační analýza mezinárodní přepravy zboží

The work focuses on the transport of goods between Greece and the Czech Republic and the development that is affected by the pandemic situation associated with the disease Covid-19. The aim is to transfer the transport data to the maps and subsequently create the optimization of stocks in connection with the development of freight prices at the selected company. This thesis was created on the basis of the analysis of primary and secondary sources. The internal sources of the analyzed company and the internal sources of suppliers are used as primary sources. The international transport and logistics itself is addressed in the theoretical part of the work and includes individual concepts in the field of transport and logistics, ordering systems, information technology and the definition of transport channels. The practical part works with data from 2020 and the first quarter of 2021 of Soma n Botanicals and Soma n Botanicals CZ / SK. In addition to the optimization of stocks, the final part of the work also evaluates the development of freight prices and the impact of the pandemic on transportation.

Records and inventory management in the selected entity

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of inventory in the selected entity. Especially in manufacturing companies inventory forms a significant part of the current assets, and that is why it is necessary to pay adequate attention to them. The aim of the thesis is to analyse and evaluate records, accounting, valuation and management of inventory in the selected entity and to suggest possible changes that lead to an im-provement within the inventory area. The theoretical part defines inventory, its division, valuation when bought and when discarded, inventarization, inventory records and accounting using method A or method B. Further on, inventory management and its financial analysis is mentioned. In the conclusion of theoretical part, inventory is described from the perspective of management accounting. The practical part first introduces the selected entity. Subsequently, analysis within valuation, records, accounting and inventory management is carried out. Using chosen ratio indicators, financial analysis of inventory is realized. The conclusion of the thesis evaluates the current inventory situation in the selected entity, and where there are shortcomings, suggestions of improvement are presented.

Bachelor thesis is focused on level optimization, or more precisely stock structure of Laufen CZ s.r.o. The theoretical part describes logistics, stock management, fi-nancial aspects related to this area and various inventory management methods. In the analytical part, the thesis deals with the current state of stock management in the company, manufacturing methods, supplier-customer relationships, compe-tition as well as indicators of liquidity, activity and cash flow. On the selected parts of inventory – own products – the ABC and XYZ analyses were performed, defin-ing non-selling part of products. Based on the results of the analyses, it was pos-sible to recommend which products need to be discarded so that their produced and stored quantity and structure can be adjusted to the demand. In the end, sev-eral ways have been suggested how to sell or discard the non-retailer's products, free up storage space and improve company's cash flow.
